Keep them dry and away from moisture. If at all exposed to moisture, please dry them out for a few hours before putting them back in.
All our shoes come in beautiful hard cover, boxes, carefully wrapped in butter paper. Along with your shoes, the box contains a care card, a dust bag and extra adornments with shoes that require them. They make beautiful gifts too! You can also add a greeting card to your box, at the time of check out.
Garments made in wool fabric are delicate in nature, so please handle with care especially while trying them. Any tears or damages, will not be acceptable for exchanges or returns.
