Handcrafted in natural raffia, this short dress takes over a week to construct, by carefully hand knotting strands of raffia to form a structured silhouette. This specialised technique is handcrafted by a cluster of women artisans vocationally trained in natural raffia weaving. A visual piece of art, this strapless hand-knotted short dress is fitted on the chest, going into an A-line silhouette. The upper back of the dress is elasticated with a long side zip for a flattering and a comfortable fit. The uniqueness of this dress is the natural fibre, raffia, and therefore it needs to be handled with care.
